Interview: 23 November 2009

Contra was the difficult second album?
"No more difficult than the first. We always have a lot of r kelly albums pressure on us, and if we are not happy sounds with the way a song as you are, can be very difficult to really get into shape. The fact that this not really looked after our second album a few changes. Even if we had the first album, and none of us, we were still in our hair, as you sing sounds right. It's all in us. "

Not really feel the weight of expectation, this time?
"That made me not feel more pressure, so it seemed a largely positive e-mails from kids saying that almost makes you feel better to work on it." I can not New Country Songs  for your next album, "You wait because you know that you get from r kelly albums an audience for him."

Did you know that at the beginning of a doubt that there will be an audience for Vampire Weekend?
"I am now, we always had people come to our shows that although most of them were our friends. So I've always thought it was some kind of publicity. I do not New Country Songs  think that we the success that we will have had? We travel the world to play the big festivals? No, I did not think. "

How weird was that suddenly the top?
"It was very surreal at first. Now we have to get used to a little more time, but playing to 40,000 people at Glastonbury is pretty crazy if you think we would have almost exactly the same test with a group of college students Frat drunk to know before playing a year and a half. "
